Change that actually sticks. Because it starts with the people, not the plan

I help organisations navigate change that is complex, contested and consequential. I do this not with frameworks or slide decks, but by understanding what is actually happening - beneath the surface, in the rooms where no one is quite saying the thing that needs to be said.

My Approach

Twenty years working in corporate consulting— at EY, PwC, North Highland and now independently — have taught me one thing above everything else: the technical work is rarely the problem. It is the human work.

The unspoken fears. The misaligned incentives. The culture beneath the culture. That is where change either takes root or quietly dies.

My approach is different because of how I work, not just what I do. I listen, observing tone, body language, what shifts when someone is alone versus in a group. I read rooms in the truest sense. And from that reading, I build something your organisation can actually hold onto after I leave.
