When was the last time you paused, and asked yourself if this is what you want?
This is not therapy. It is not corporate coaching. It sits somewhere more honest — a space where the questions you have been too busy, too professional, or too scared to ask finally have somewhere to go.
Who this is for
You might be mid-career and successful by every visible measure, but something feels quietly wrong. You might have been made redundant and found, to your surprise, that the grief is not really about the job.
You might simply be very good at solving other people's problems and have never learned to make space for your own.
If any of this sounds like you — even slightly — you are the person I had in mind when I built this.
It begins with a conversation, not a process. I will ask you things you have not been asked before. I will not tell you what to do — my role is to hold a light steady so you can see the answers you already have.
Some sessions will feel like relief. Some will feel uncomfortable.
Both are signs that something real is happening.
What coaching with me looks like
I spent two decades shape-shifting to fit different corporate environments. I know what that costs — the exhaustion of performing a version of yourself that is slightly off, the loneliness of being very capable and not quite right all at once.
Integrity, kindness and curiosity are not soft values. They are the things I bring to every session — the refusal to perform, the commitment to your actual situation rather than a comfortable version of it, and the genuine interest in what you will discover when you strip away the noise.
I am not going to pretend I have resolved all of that for myself. But I have made more room, and I know how to help you do the same.
My coaching accreditation is in progress. I mention that not to qualify what I offer, but because honesty about where I am is the foundation of this work.
I am currently offering a limited number of free 55-minute practice coaching sessions.
These are not discovery calls or tasters. They are full sessions — offered freely because I am building my practice and I believe that good coaching should not be available only to people who can already afford it.
If you would like one, please get in touch and tell me briefly, in a sentence or two, what is sitting with you right now. That is all I need.
